AK Apple Hit / AK Apple Villa Ply is made of a high-quality hardwood species and is bonded with UMF resin (MR grade). It is manufactured as per the IS 303 (MR grade) standard and has been industrially vacuum pressure treated with approved preservatives to make it borer proof. This material is produced as per double-pressing technology which includes calibration and re-sanding in imported machinery. It comes with 10 years warranty.

AK Apple Villa Plus + Ply is 100% core composed zero gap product made of high-quality hardwood species and is bonded with UMF resin (MR grade). It is manufactured as per the IS 303 (MR grade) standard and has been industrially vacuum pressure treated with approved preservatives to make it borer proof. This material is produced as per double-pressing technology which includes calibration and re-sanding in imported machinery. AK Apple Villa Plus + Ply come with 15 years warranty.

The core composed in an automatic core composer machine which makes 8’x4’ sheets and this material is produced as per double pressing technology which includes calibration and re sanding in well advanced heavy-duty top and bottom calibration imported machinery. AK Apple Villa Plus + Ply is very suitable for Acrylic laminates.
